Laura

Founder & Director

Laura is a strategic project leader with over 15 years’ experience delivering impactful careers education and employer engagement across Dorset. She brings deep expertise in social value, youth development, and partnership-building—connecting schools, businesses, and communities to create inclusive opportunities for young people. At Bridge Initiative CIC, Laura drives our mission with vision, empathy, and a relentless focus on measurable impact.

Jonny

Director

Jonny brings over 20 years of experience in IT infrastructure and client relationship management, with deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and strategic service delivery. His ability to build trusted partnerships across diverse sectors makes him a valuable connector between technical solutions and community impact. At Bridge Initiative CIC, Jonny supports our digital strategy and helps ensure our employer-facing programmes run smoothly and securely.
